Why use Strip Doors with Save-T LOC?

Strip Doors are the most economical solution to protect employees and goodsd from adverse conditions such as noise, heat, cold, humidity, dust and drafts. We offer the most diverse range of PVC products, stocking over 450 different types and styles of PVC materials.

The Save-T LOC hardware reduces isntallation time as the retainer bars quickly lock the strips to the mounting hardware. Since the pis are pre-studded, all that is required is to mount the hardware, attach the PVC strips, then place the retainer bar over the pins and lock into place. Its that simple... 1, 2, 3! Unlike our competitors who claim quick installation, the Save-T LOC system is truly quick and durable; the retainer bars with LOC TABS will not come loose in two-way traffic.

With Save-T LOC, installaltion and replacement of strips is extremely easy. All pins are on 2" centers allowing for replacement with all PVC materials including our patented "RIP-A-STRIP"

Mount Hardware

Install mounting bar(s) either on the wall above the door way opening or on the underside of the door linter. Time is based on the hardware installation of a typical 8'0" wide x 10'0" high doorway opening.

Attach Strips

Place the PVC strips on the Save-T LOC hardware that has just been installed. Refer to our detailed installation instructions for proper overlap configuration. Time is based on a typical 8'0" x 10'0" doorway opening for 12" PVC strips using a 67% overlap.

Place Retainer bars

Place locking retainer bars over the slotted mounting pins and lock the strips in place. Time for installation of retainer bars on an 8'0" wide doorway No tools are required for strip placement or retainer bar attachment.
